JAZZ AT SUPREME COURT, QUEENS NY - FRIDAY AUGUST 7

Today two summer entities in Jamaica come to a close: the JAMAICA FUNK concert series and the YORK COLLEGE SUMMER JAZZ PROGRAM '09 (SJP). But they come to a close together! Jamaica Funk has presented over thirty concerts this summer and SJP '09 students, faculty, and staff have been working hard on the music of Basie, Ellington, Mingus, and many others. They join forces today to go out with a bang!
